tire psi

Hey guys,

It's probably been posted before, I looked couldn't really find anything.

What psi are you running in your stock tires?

I've pumped mine up to 35psi, last car I found that one or two psi really make a big difference in ride/handling quality.

I generally carry 10% more air in the fronts than in the rears. I have 33 psi in back and 36 psi in front. The car seems to handle and ride much better with this ratio.

PS This should probably be in the tires/wheels forum.

I run 34lbs all around, as opposed to Acura recommendation of 32lbs all around.
However, Repecat is correct if you decide you want to cut down understeer or are involved in autocrossing-- lower rear tire pressure will make the TL handle more neutrally.

38fr / 35rr in 6mt w/ comptech rr sway bay and a-spec suspension. bridgestone s-03's and OE wheels don't like central jersey potholes!
