Tire help for some 20's....

It's time for me to get some new shoes. My 2 rear ones decided to take a crap on me and the left front one is getting kinda bald on the side. Right now I have Nitto 555's 235/35/20 and on some Niche Venice 20x8.5 rims. I just purchased some new rims too but I have to wait one more month for those to come in. The new rims I'm getting are the Schwert SC4 20x8.5.

I'm probaly going to get the same tires because I never had a problem with them, until now but I've had them for awhile. My question is this...should I stick with the 235/35/20 or go to a 245/40 or 35?

I have 245/35/20 and they rub when going over big bumps or when loaded down. Unless you want to roll the fenders then I would stay with the 235/35. And 40 profile will definitely not fit I have the 35 series rubbing on the front fender liner at wierd parking lot angles but just barely. A 40 series would def be waay to big.
