tire help

ok so i just ordered a set of 18by 8.5 a-spec rims and wanted to know if i can fit a 245-45-18 tire on them. i'm only asking this because my friend works for an infiniti dealer and he has a set of michelin pilot in that size brand new that he can give me all 4 for 100 bucks. i just ordered my tein ss coilovers aswell so the car will be lowered. thanks in advance for any and all help

do a www.tirerack.com search on the pilots- narrow reviews by clicking on the TL icon on review by an acura owner- that pulls it down to reviews from TL owners
What works on some cars doesnt on others, your weather and driving syle are the biggest factors
