Question For those with H&R OE springs

How is the ride and how modest is the drop. I am only looking to drop my car about an inch and was wondering if you have pics of your car w/ the drop?? I am going to be getting some 18's w/ 225/40/18 tires and want to get an idea. ALSO, for the California people, where did you get the H&R oe Springs. Let me know. thanks.

Question

Notstr8,

What is the drop on your H&R Springs (not mentioned) and what kind/size rims are those, they do look sweet. Tire size please, and is there any rubbing - thanks!

drop

H&R OE sport is .75/.50 and H&R sport is 1.75/1.75. I'd like to see a car with the H&R OE sport. Thats only .75/.50 and I wonder if it looks any different that Stock ht.

Check out this thread. I installed only the front H&R OE's so far.....you'll see the reason in the thread.

http://www.acura-tl.com/forum/showth...ighlight=H%26R

The pic of my car is with the front OE only w/ stock rear. I've been on this forum for almost a year and have rarely seen a pic w/ the OE drop.

Only know evolaerok had done so to the best of my knowledge.

Just wanted to mention that although the specs on the OE Sport is .75" F and .5" R the actual drop is 1/2" more all around. So that means 1 1/4" front and 1" rear. And the drop is pretty noticeable!

SutlTL or anyone, how did you exactly measure the drop ? By comparing the height of the fender before & after or how ?
Also those who use H&R OE, do you guys use aftermarket shocks or stock shock will do just fine , considering that drop isn't that much ?
