S-Techs are probably half an inch lower than the H-Techs. Notice how the fender meets the top of the tires perfectly on my car while the AM TL still hs a finger gap between the tire and fender. I'm happy with my S-Techs and would recommend them.
Btw this topic has been covered quite a bit. Next time get on Google and type in "Acurazine + whatever you're searching for". It's much better than the search engine here on the site.

Does your car ride pretty stiff as i described mine in my post about my new setup? I'd imagine it does as this OP said he wants the comfortable feeling ride. Not sure if you can lower a car and retain the comfortable ride. Someone correct me if im wrong..

I'll chime in. My S-tech's provide a ride that is comparable to stock. I'll admit that after driving a TL with stock suspension that there is a noticable difference, but it is not very dramatic. My wife, who is somewhat sensitive to this kind of thing, does not complain when she rides in the car. That means something to me.
Tyler has provided good examples in the photos above with his own car and the A-Spec wheel. Here is my own contribution that I believe shows how much difference it makes between stock and the S-Tech's with use of the base 17-in wheel.

If the S-Techs aren't low enough, try the H&R Race Springs. I heard they ride rough as fuck though.
I didn't HAVE to, but I got the rear camber arms, Ingalls to be exact. Here are my alignment specs:
Camber/Toe
Front Left: -1.4/-0.02
Front Right: -1.1/0.01
Rear Left: -1.0/0.04
Rear Right: -1.0/-0.03

the tl was much easier than on my old 2000 maxima. the worst part of the whole job is taking the back seat out to get to the rear suspension bolts. took about 2 and a half hours total for dissasembly and reassembly
