TEIN EDFC: How to install rear dampers and EDFC

Well, I just got the front suspension installed of my TEIN SS.

I put on the Comptech springs over a year ago, so I know exactly how to get the rear suspension in. My only question is the EDFC. The instructions show the need to get at the unit from above with a flathead; however, from what I remember there's not room for that with the rear setup already installed. I suppose I'll need to install the EDFC on the SS and THEN put it on the car...will it fit this way? Please advise.

Thanks,
Alan

Does removing the rear deck open up access to the top of the coilovers?

Not sure, that might be my last resolution if I can't get it on without doing that.

I just assumed it did as that's what the instructions call for when installing the ASPEC suspension (don't know about Tein's instructions). The purpose of removing the rear deck was to get at the nuts on the top of the coilover. Of course, as you know, you don't have to remove the rear deck to swap the coilovers but simply reach in through the frame (although it is kind of tight in there). From what I remember, removing the rear deck is pretty simple (a couple of pins and clips).

Cool, I'll check it out. I certainly didn't have to remove the deck when I put on my CT springs. It was tight in there, but certainly manageable. I'll know tonight.
