Oh, my bad. Enjoy your powder coated garbage. I guess they're fine if you want to set a thousand on fire just to lower your car. Sure, they ride fine but they're soft and corner like shit.

IMO, I would go with the SA. For what you're spending on new tops hats, bar links etc, that's probably putting you right at the cost of the SA's. And honestly you probably don't need new tops hats and bar links anyway.
It seems like you want to do the setup right, but if you're not getting coil with damper adjustment, you're doing it wrong. All of these vendors being out is a blessing is disguise.

Justin, this doesn't make sense. You're ordering "the works" for these coils, but they don't even have one of the most important functions, dampening adjustment.

Trust me a lot guys that buy coils without damper adjustment kick themselves in the ass for not buying ones that do. Guys that don't care about damper adjustment are ones that just want to slam the shit out of it and don't care how the car rides afterwards.
Just because you're not tracking your car doesn't mean you don't need damper adjustment. It's so you can dial in the way you want the car to ride after lowering so you're not stuck with some shitty ass bouncy or super stiff ride.

My opinion I would go with BC Racing. The Tein you have to get top hats and if the cartridge goes out you have to send it back. With BCR it comes with top hats and if you need a new cartridge you can order it....take it apart and replace it with no down time. It has 30 way adjustable and the ride is pretty smooth. I'm pretty sure there are a couple of people here running them and like them. I know there are other coilovers like Megans, ISC, F&F and other brands. Ask people for feedback before purchasing and just do it right the first time.

I wouldn't buy a set without damping adjustment.
That's the beauty of an adjustable coilover. Height adjustment is a given, damping is big plus that I wouldn't steer away from.
Dingo, seriously, chill out. Everyone has an opinion but there is no need for your responses. Most if not ALL people have bought Tein because they ride softer than others. If we wanted stiff suspension, we would buy it.

^ lol
I agree though, get something with dampening. When your front or rear end bounces the first time and you are like black rob "WHOA" you are gonna think to yourself, wish I could stiffen that up a couple of clicks.

Tein Street Basis are excellent quality coilovers for its price. Lots of members have these and do not need any sort of damper adjustments. If you're going to daily drive your TL, it is the way to go. You made the right choice my friend

If anything, Tein coilovers are one of the better coilovers out there. How many threads have you seen with someone complaining about their Teins messing up or malfunctioning? None. Good choice!
