Hi, I bought a'07 TL Black, after a couple of weeks driving, I hear every bump on the road. Is this normal on an Acura TL. I thought I would have a smoother ride? Can I have some feedback on the ride and the smoothness. I compared it to my "06 TSX and it has a smoother ride.

Hmm the 07 tl-p should be much softer compared to the tl-s. I'm not sure how soft you want your car to be.

It could be in the tires, obviously tires have a big effect on ride and handling since they connect the car with the ground. Try a different tire, you'd be surprised!

guisa21- post what OEM tires you have on the current car.

If Acura's are equipped with the Mich MxM4's still, i think they were absolute garbage, every bump was very loud.

I know what you're saying and I think it's normal. I felt the same way when I bought my '06 because of hearing how soft the ride was in the TL. It's soft but not "Mercedes" soft.

Check the tire pressure- sometimes the tech fails to reset them from their shipping pressure of 50psi down to something in the 30s,

a few pounds higher than the door sticker works well for most drivers, at the door sticker number- ride should be decent.

Is it the car or the seats though?
