I recently used a 2nd Generation suspension on a Honda Accord and it worked fine. Little shaky at high speeds but it does the job. I did the custom fit myself and am well pleased with the result.
If you can get it fitted yourself for free then go for it. If youre paying for it then maybe you should get a second opinion from an expert.
