Suspension Question

Hey guys, so lately Ive been noticing that every time i go over a speed bump, my front suspension sounds like its bouncing up and down. It literally feels like my car hops off the wheels for a seconds and bounces back. I have to go over 3-4 of these speed bumps to get to my place of residence. Is this because the shocks are beat? Ive been thinking of getting some sport springs that would lower it just a little. Would this fix the problem? Thanks and happy turkey day.

It may be you are just going too fast... or could very much be that they are beat. I'm thinking changing to sport springs would get rid of the problem but may not be necessary.

Examine if the shocks are leaking, that's the first step.

Is your front suspension actually bouncing up and down or does it just sound like it is? What it feels like its doing and what its actually doing are two completely different things.

you can look on the body to see if you have any liquid trails on them. However you can lose the gas charge and not see any of that. One of my rears had lost the gas and was making clunking noises when the suspension was unloaded (like over large bumps)

How many miles you have on the shocks?
