Suspension Problems? 2 wheels are higher than the other 2
Hi,
I have an 06 TL auto.
And i noticed soemthing a bit odd.
I was measuring how high my car was on all 4 tires.
From the ground to the top of that half circle arc at the middle.
I measured around 68 cm for my front right and rear left wheels.
But my front left and rear right wheels are 67cm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do I have some problem or something with my suspension?
i took the measurements 1.5 weeks ago. 1 week ago i got a-spec suspension installed.
And even after it got installed, i noticed the same thing. where a pair of wheels was 1 cm different than the other pair.
please help!!!! and offer you kind advice!!!
Thanks

When you say the half circle arc, do you mean on the wheel?
Have you checked the air pressure in each tire? The suspension should not have any effect on the height from the ground to the arc on the wheel.

TMLInfinity, your findings are not uncommon. Most cars do not sit perfectly level as the left & right springs are the same, but the cars weight is not (and cannot) be distributed evenly from side to side (for handeling behavior purposes). And if you think about it, the passengers side has a large V6 engine on it, while the drivers side only has a small transmission. The weight difference of these compontents is quite significant. Especially considering that most of the passegeways inside the engine are completely filled with coolant. The transmission only has fluid filled to a certain point...
