For actual performance, A-spec plus a rear sway bar.

The other crap puts you 1/2" from the bumpstops give or take a little. When you hit the bumpstops in mid corner over a bump, your firmness goes infinite and whatever end of the car hits the bump will skid. You lose part of what the suspension was designed to do and that's to keep contact with the road over bumps. The other crap makes the car feel like it corners better over perfectly smooth roads. In real life it doesn't.

I would take A-spec over any aftermarket offering for performance and daily drivability. You still have suspension travel, you still have ground clearance, you still have correct geometry.

Thanks for your opinion, everything helps.
The A-Spec suspension is said to lower 1/2", 3/4", 1". I don't know the actual amount. These are the numbers people are giving me. What is the actual amount the A-Spec suspension will lower a 2006 TL manual???
Also the Tein SS are adjustable to lower the car from 0.9"-2.5". So they can be set around the same as the A-Spec suspension, plus they have damping adjustment. I have not owned either, just trying to find out which ones I want. I want 1" minimum lowering, and 1.5" max. ???
If the Acura A-Spec suspension really lowered around 1" I would get them ASAP. But I don't know??? 1/2" is NOT ENOUGH. Maybe 3/4" ??? DAM

Sorry, I was assuming you planned on dropping it to it's lowest limits like most.

I can't tell you how much it drops the car since my car had the aspec suspension from the factory. However I can tell you I have a 3 finger gap in the front and a 2 finger gap in the rear and I want the car to sit even and be a just a tad lower so I am going with the Teins.

Thats COOL
I guess my best bet would be the Tein SS. I can lower the car from 1-1.5" LEVEL front to rear, and adjust the damping for my taste. Then later on I can add the EDFC.
I was quoted $1,440.00 for the Tein SS suspension with install, and $530 for the EDFC with install. Are these good prices? Should I install the Tein SS suspension myself?
