I got my 2007 TL last April (2010) n have put 14k in last 11 months. After 7k miles I had to rotate the tires which I got intially after rotation I saw there was lot of noise and when I took it to a mechanic told me that they had"feathering" and suggested me to put 2 front tires and I did put Continental Extreme DWS and noise reduced but not completely but I was ok with that and was happy with the tires. Yesterday I rotated tires again and it has horrible noise and wanted to put the same 2 tires but they were on national back order can some suggest new tires for the front?

there are TONS of threads on this.
most people like the continental extreme DWS.

you should be rotating your tires ever oil change.
if you had feathering that means your alignment is off, get an alignment asap.

my next tire will be a dedicated summer sticky tire. the Nito NT05s.

I'm going to be in the market for new tires in a month or so and will be going the Conti DWS route. I had them on my previous car (Scion tC) and loved them!

my tires i had on my 06 tl before i got rid of it were sumotomo's and i had no issues what soever with them ...and i had them on for a while ..what ever rires u get try to get a wheel alignment also and from there u should be good ..
