Please post what springs/drop you have and if you don't rub, how much room does there appear to be?

I am not sure if the putting 235 tires on a stock TLS rims is a good idea, but 225/45 with comptech or HR sport drop shouldn't have any rubbing at all.

 

Are you talkin about putting that tire setup on stock wheels or wider ones??

I would not recommend putting 235 tires on the stock TLS 6.5 wheel either..

 

I thought you had 245's on your TL-S wheels? Did you recently change to 235's?

 

No I still have 245's but I'm trying to figure out if I can drop without rubbing

Seeing as how there are probably more people out there with 235's on stock wheels than 245's I posed the question as such.

i lowered my 99 TL about 2 inches and it still dont rub. so i dont know why you guys always tripping about rubbing.

 

On the stock wheels you will have no problem. They will tuck just fine.
