steering wheel was off-centered, 4 wheel-alignments
I recently had my rear suspension taken out and the left Toe, and Arm was replaced. After receiving the car back from the service department I noticed that my steering wheel was off-centered/angle.
I took it back to them and I was told since the Toe was replaced they have to do 4 wheel-alignments on the car to correct the thrust line.
I got my car back from the service, and my car seems to be perfect.
Now I question:
1. Is this mechanical issue that they are trying to cover up by doing alignment?
2. Will 4 wheel-alignments make my car to the factory spec?
3. Is this normal problem on the suspension work?
4. Will I have any problems in the future?
Thanks guys!

3. Is this normal problem on the suspension work? replacing the toe and arm is not normal, did you get into an accident or hit a bad pothole? Since it was replaced, its possible you had a defective part that was identified and replaced by the dealer
4. Will I have any problems in the future? if the work was done properly, no, unless the root cause of the repair was something to do with a defect in the car's assembly
My responses are in bold

It was replced because they thought it was causing some noise. it turned out to be parking brake that was making the noise. So.... They did all that work for no real reason. But I hope its good to go now.
