Springs/shocks/struts

i'm in a tight budget being a college student and all. I've been reading around forums about dropping my car. I thought about going 1+ inch drop front/rear using springs (opinion which is the best for the price?), but then i hear you need to buy new struts/shocks. I just like to see ppl's opinion and maybe some pictures of how it would look if i just do a 1 inch drop and if i were to do that do you think I need to get struts/shocks?

also, i want to get an a-spec front lip, I have a silver car with black rims with gun metal lip, i was thinking about painting my front lip the same black color as the rims? think it'd look stupid?

Get H&R sport springs. 1.2" drop all-around and no need to upgrade shocks.

And lip, well part of it, is already grey/'gunmetal'.

With the H & R Springs does it sit right on the tires? Does anyone know if swapping sqrings would void any kind of factory warranties?

It's a 1.4/1.3" drop. Replacing the springs should not void your warranty.

Tein S-tech springs with stock shocks. Smooth ride & affordable. It's a 1.2''(F) 1.3''(R) drop which probably settle to 1.5'' all around drop after driving for a bit.

TEIN S-TEchs are going to be the least expensive quality spring on the market.
