Spring/strut combo

Looking for first hand experience on a quality spring/strut combo.
I’m looking to achieve a slightly lowered stance (bout 1-1.5”), more aggressive handling, as close to oem ride quality as possible.
I’m not interested in coilovers.

Have you read through the NUMEROUS threads in this forum? Tons of people have lowered their cars on a "quality spring/strut combo" so your question isn't exactly new .

You should be interested in coilovers.

Because they do everything you want better than springs on shocks do. And they cost less.

If you're gonna replace struts and springs together you're gonna be paying close to or more than what coilovers will cost. At first I was gonna purchase the Truhart strut + Tein S.Tech combo but decided to go ahead and pay the extra $80 or so and get the Tein Street Basis and i'm in love with the ride quality.

If you're completely against coilovers for whatever reason than Koni Yellow struts with Tein S.Techs should ride pretty well.
