A-Spec suspension installation in ATL
Guys,
I've got an A-Spec suspension still in the box. I've been looking for a reliable/reputable shop to do the installation for me here in ATL.
I've been quoted (mostly from dealers) of $500 and upwards. However, I've seen on this board where others have gotten theirs installed for as little as $100!!!!!!!!
Can anybody please recommend a shop on the Northeastern side of ATL to do the installation?
Thanks in advance
Ed

Go to an Acura dealer to ensure that your warranty is good. ~$83/hour - should only take 3-4 hours, probably closer to 3. Many dealers want to charge you the time stated in the service manual which is 6 hours, which is how they come up with $500. Call a few of the dealers and negotiate.

Should not take 3 to 4 hours unless they are taking a 2 hour lunch break... My dealer did it in less than 2 hours. 1 1/2 hours more likely....
I guess it all depends on the tech. My guy said he's installed many A-Spec's..

If you have some basic tools and a jack and jackstands this is a 3 hour job, tops. Buy a friend that has more mechanical aptitude and give them a case of beer for their time. It is not a hard job.
