A-spec Suspension

how can i tell or find out if my 05 AT A-spec suspension is blown or not working properly like it design to do.
any input is much appreciated

Is it mushy, does it make noises, if you bounce the car by pushing down on the fenders 4 or 5 times does the car continue to bounce, if so how many times? If it bounces 1 more time and levels out, that is normal.
