The tire that originally came with 18" A-SPEC was a Yokohama AVS ES100 size 235/40ZR-18. These were supposedly specially designed for the TL. If I may offer some advice...I would suggest upgrading to a wider tire size. The 235 is not sufficient for protecting these beautiful wheels. I would look into a 245 or 255 series. I have always loved Hankooks...and they have that new Ventus V12 out which is getting rave reviews. Just don't cheap out on the part of the car that actually makes contact with the ground. Good luck!

The AVS ES100 as the above poster stated was the tire used for the A-Specs but that tire has been discontinued for awhile now. It's been replaced by something else, but the name escapes me at the moment.

I agree also that you should go up to 245 or 255 for the A-Specs; the 235s look pretty narrow. For a beefy wheel, a wide beefy tire really sets off the look and performance.

yeah when i was calling local tire shops i was asking for 245's but wont 255's be too wide for the fenders? i am pretty low to the ground with my Koni's set in the 4th perch from the top. i am already worried about my fenders regarding the 245's

any1 runnin 255's on a low ride??? lemme see some pics if u can
