Something tells me this ain't good

I added spacers to my TL-S a couple of weeks ago and while tightening the lugs heard a mild 'crunch' while torquing down the security key lug. It appeared fine and so I didn't really think much more about it. Welps, went out today to do a re-tighten and this is what I found. I'm no Megamind but I don't think this is a positive development at all.

Goddamn man if it wasn't for bad luck...

Which spacers? Stud too long, or lock threads too short. Factory lock? Put a regular nut on there if they aren't bottoming out.
Make certain that when you are tightening the nuts down they are clamping against the wheel and not also bottoming out on the studs.

Well at least nobody will steal this rim.

Is that nut, or whatever is left of it, very tight? Would it be possible to remove it with pliers? That would work only if nut is basically loose but easy enough to check.

Other option would be to take a chisel and try to lose the nut that way - by hitting it on the side, to make it rotate.

I've had a locking lugnut break on me, just take a 12-point 19mm deep socket and hammer it on there and use an impact to zip it off. I did that when my lug nut key broke and I didn't feel like paying $40 to McGard for a new key.
