so i might get wheels before i get the car.

i was wondering if 20x8.5 +22 and 20x9.5 +24 would work. im assuming using 235/35/20 for the rear. i know this might now work with stock so i will be doing fender mods but would it require a pull? would this poke too much? i searched around and couldnt really find any information on a +22 and +24 with this wheel size =[

everyone has different taste but i'd recommend to go with 19s.. 20s are just too much for TLs imo. and 235/35/20s will look very very thin...... that just doesn't look right.

anyway, good luck!

I don't really know shit about offsets and all of that, but I can help you out with tire sizing. I had 20s on my 04 TL, 40mm offset, running 245/35/20 all around, and on stock suspension. I didn't rub whatsoever, but if I planned on lowering it, I would have needed to get my fenders rolled.

Looking back I should have dropped it first and then got the 18" Gunmetal A-Specs or a staggered set of 19's.

thanks for the input. im find with fender rolling if that is needed. i would go 19s but this deal for 20s is too good to pass up for me

You should maybe get the car first before getting the wheels. Just in case you aren't able to get the car you will be sittiing on wheels.
