Does anyone know the paint code for the base TL wheels? Or does anyone know of a paint that could be found locally that would match? I read a similar post on here but no one seemed to know.

I don't have it and neither will the dealer. They told me they don't have wheel codes only body paint codes. My repair manual doesn't have it either just body colors. I tried to find the paint code for the a spec gunmetals and got nothin so far. Good luck

I have heard from some Honda guys that the Honda satin silver paint is pretty darn close.

I would love to know what the code is for my Type-S wheels. When I buy some wheels, I'm probably going to get them powder coated that color.

I have a BASF paint code book for 2008. The TL is about the only Honda/Acura that doesn't have a wheel color code. These codes are only internal to the BASF paint line though. Any good bodyshop or auto paint supplier can match the wheel color, its an easy color to match as far as the base wheels.

The TL-S wheels kinda look like a tri coat, just like the Lexus IS-F wheels. They lay a black ground coat and then a silver top base coat before the clear. I know for sure the Lexus wheels are painted like that, not quite sure about the TL-S. A good shop should be able to come up with something close.
