Love the current wheels, the gold wheels remind me of all the "gold package" that Dealers were doing back in the 70's and 80's

gold + white = sexy IMO i've always loved the gold/white combo... hmmm...i dunno, it's a super crazy deal on Volks from JLB Motorsports...kinda don't wanna turn it down, makes me wanna buy it and just leave it in my room or something. I like my Privat Netz a lot though DAMN JLB! They sell my my current wheels and now trying to sell me on another set... and i'm falling for it almost! ...i've only ran into like 2 people that don't like my current wheels...i just look at them funny

Hey Bro,

You said your privat netz are heavy rims, but they are sweet looking.

Maybe those volks in a different color?

Or just buy them and use them as chairs when you guys are playing xbox. hehehe

I also like what you have now. I like the white/gold combo as well, but in wider spokes than in the link you posted.

Sorry I'm not a big fan of either, but I'm starting to notice that I don't like most of the rims on this forum that people have/do.

However I don't even know which rims I WOULD get at this point. Maybe the A-specs but I want something different.

i'm the same as you, there are very few rims that match the TL well IMO...i don't like a lot of rims people put on their cars either...

oh man, your ride looks awesome how it is. i also am debating if i should put my gold volk 18" ce28's on my TL. same color as yours w/ lip kit. here is a pic of the rims on my rsx. it's a hard choice though. volks are light and durable. tough choice.

i dunno dude...CE28s IMO don't look good on the TL period. TL only looks good with 5 spoke type wheels or mesh...because the car is "big" thin spokes are more for like smaller cars...RSX, S2k, civic, etc

Gold rims on a white car look amazing. I think it will look great on your car because there is a tsx on this forums with gold rims and it looks damn sexy. If your good with selling stuff, than I would say to sell your current wheels. But either way, your car looks amazing

The current rims look awsome, but the gold rims have more pimp look. Either rim will look good on your car.

Can you easily afford it? If so, go for it. The volks are forged.

But if you are cash-strapped, stick with the rims you purchased. They look good, and it is not worth changing if you will need to worry about the credit card payment.

link to the JLB website?

Also, you're using your financial aid (from college?) to pay for your rims? I would use my scholarship, but i'd rather pay $3000/semester (yay for in state tuition and lotz of scholarship!) at school than $8000/semester.

Finally, what does FTW mean? haha

hey ACCURATEin:
i know that tein had a new and smaller edfc. do you know if works witht he SS?
i plan on getting the coilovers after i get my rims. so my questions is... would i have to buy camber kits with the coilover? or should i wait cuz i think the tein is developing pillow mounts for the SS and if i just get those would i still have to buy the camber kit?
