?'s Regarding Wheel/Tire Size, Offset etc.

First off, let me apologize for starting a new thread on a topic I'm sure has been answered. I slipped two disks in my back early this week and the meds are turning my brain to mush.

I was planning on using my tax money to get a set of Enkei EKM3 18x8s wrapped in Fuzion Zri from TireRack.

Now that this happened and money isnt as loose as I would like, I was thinking about downgrading to EKM3 17", seeing as I already have a set of 17" Ultra Performance summer tires. I have a 6MT with Brembo calipers in the front. So will the 17s fit?

Does anyone know the dimensions of our 04 6MT stock wheels? And basically, what offset do I need to clear the calipers?

I apologize for starting a new thread on the subject but mentally I am out of it and Id like to move on this purchase sooner than later.

Thanks for any help.

Wow....I cannot believe how lazy some people are...but I'll be nice this one time. Stock TL wheels are 17X8 with a +45 offset...you'll need at least this (or a lower number eg: +40) to clear Brembos....there is actually a whole link to which wheels will clear the brakes..you can find it li'l buckaroo! I am not attaching it!!
