RUST on BREAK HUB

I have on '04 TL and i noticed a high build up of rust on the brake hubs of all 4 wheels. What/how can I get it off? I have custom 18'' chrome rims so it's noticeable from the outside.

I used that DIY and painted all of mine black. They look great behind my Gunmetal A-Specs
