Rotors

Would a base 2007 TL rotor fit, 2007 TL type s?

No, but will add before someone else might say that it will fit over the hub but it won't work. Incorrect diameter.

So Tht means Tht these won't fit my type s correct? And how would I know if it's the right one or not?

Yes, rear rotors are the same.

"With Brembo front caliper" actually means it would fit your Type-S since they came with Brembo fronts. It's the base TL non-Brembo rotor that will not work on your Type-S.
