i use to do mine every 3 oil changes at 3k miles each so about 9000 miles.... but now i do it every other oil change since i switched to synthetic... 8000 miles but i would say silver03tl is about right around every 10000....

I change my oil every 4,000 miles and rotate tires every other oil change, so 8,000 miles. And for anyone that wonders if it is really worth the time and effort to rotate tires, consider this: I put brand new Dunlop SP 5000 Z-rated all-season tires on my '97 Nissan Maxima at 44,000 miles. I've faithfully rotated the tires every 8,000 miles and the car now has 97,000 miles on it. I will need to replace the tires finally at about 105,000 miles. That's over 60,000 miles on *Z-rated* tires.
Conversely, my parents' '96 Mazda 626 needed new front tires to replace the stock H-rated tires on the front after 20,000 miles because they were worn down and never rotated. It is well worth the time and effort to rotate.
