Rota Torque 18×8 5×114.3 +35

Wheel dude has set of these mis matched for an awesome price

"Rota Torque 18×8 5×114.3 +35 Gunmetal(2 pcs), Plain Silver(1 pc), Hyper Black(1 pc) - $300 + shipping $250 + shipping"

Someone should buy them so I don't.

I want to have a somewhat concave look though and not worry about rubbing ( is that wanting my cake and eating it to lol )

I'm worried with those specs I will not have look I'm going for after reading this thread

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...ht=Rota+Torque

See post number 12.

Here is what I would get in the perfect world but I'm not bad ass enough ( do not want rub )

1.Brand of Rim -rota torque
2.Rim size (diameter and width) -18x9.5
3.Offset - 25mm
4.Brand of tire -pirelli
5.Tire size - 235-40-18
6.Drop Type and Amount -tein super street 1pc.
7.Do they rub - very lil in rear when driving with pass..
8. Transmission type (use of spacers if 6MT) - at.. no spacers

/\ Yes wow sexy imo

Okay so how do you guys think the discounted wheels will look. Yes I know looks can be subjective but I would like to hear them. Will they have at least a little concave look ?

What color would look good on a RRP base ? Was thinking I could get them painted a greyish color ? Ideas thoughts ?

Here is a picture of my 100% stock car to give you a visual of what they might go on

18x8 +35 won't give you the concave look you're going for... but it will keep you from rubbing.

you can do something like 18x9 +30 with 225/40 or 235/40 tires and you SHOULD be able to get away without rubbing.

If you really want "the look" you're talking about, I'd go with a different wheel. IMO, the Rota Torques are a horrible copy of Work Emotions. They just look "fake". The only Rota wheel that I like that has a nice concave look with an aggressive offset are the 18x9.5 Grids that are +20. Another budget option for super concave wheels are the XXR-527's.
