Rota Grid Fitment Question

Rota Grids

Hello everyone,

Just bought a '07 Acura TL Type -S, and am kind of new to the scene. Anyhow, I do have plans to drop the car anywhere from 1"-1.5" and was wondering if these would fit.

And if there might be any rubbing, camber adjustment, certain tire size, etc.

I'm not asking for judgment on the wheels themselves, but just on the fitment itself. I would much rather see if the 9.5" fit for the concave factor, but if need be possibly go down to 8.5" if 9.5" isn't possible.

Thanks again!

18x9.5 +35 will generally work, its less aggressive than 18x8.75 +20 which is a common fitment with the XXR 530s.

While you're not going very low at all, you'll probably want to roll fenders front and rear (just to be safe) and keep in mind that there's a good likelihood that they will NOT clear Brembo brakes up front if you have them.

As far as camber goes you should be within spec and not have to worry about a camber kit, just toe correction.

Thanks for the feedback man, so typically should be a good fit.
How would I know about clearing the brakes before I invest into them?

Rotas are garbage. Keep your stock wheels. Maybe buy spacers if you want.
Or save for some larger oem wheels.
Your stock wheels are worth more than Rotas. Don't buy them.
