Talking Ronjon Wheels

Well.. Just got off the phone with the maker of the wheels found at Ronjonwheels.com.

The Inspire is just the look I wanted.
He is expecting inventory to come in by mid April.
Hopefully, we can get good deals.

Any ideas out there? Any experience with these types of wheels?
Seems like you can't ask for a better fit. The specs are going to be 18 by 8.5. not 7.5...

that is not going to fit too well then...the offset probably low and the width is too much for that wheel..but what do RonJon wheels look like anyways...

according to the website the rims come in 7.5 width not 8.5 width...in that case the rims should fit fine especially since they have +50mm offsets...So you should be good...though I just don't feel those wheels but everyone has their own taste. good luck

if the rims are 8.5 with a 35-45mm offset, then that is no good for the 2nd gen TL...Don't know which TL you have though.

I spoke to him the other day and he thinks they will fit the 04 6mt as well. He is not sure yet has the haven't been tested on it but he has a partner shop that is going to test fit.

I think he still working production and distrubtion tasks at this time but I told him once he has confirmed the Inspires will fit the 04 6mt I am in for a set.

I live near Mr. RonJon... Would like to be the first with those wheels. I am getting pretty anxious though. Might not be able to wait too long before I buy either the A-Spec or after market wheels

I just want to make sure they fit over the Brembo's on the front. The other 18X8.5 rims I have been looking at will fit the 04 AT but not the 04 6MT.

Thanks! He is on this forum as rondog also. I have already talked to him on the phone. The rims are not in yet and so he did not know. Once they come in he was going to have them tested on a 04 6MT.

sorry for the confusion, but I changed the order at the last minute. I just updated the website, even though it still needs some fine tuning, the info is correct. check out the wheels page for the exact specs. So they will fit every model in the Acura line up perfectly and hubcentrically which means that they won't fit nissan, infiniti or any other cars. I am a loyal cutomer of acura and I am just trying to provide the Acura fanbase a quality product without sacrifices. I'm also developing some bumper replacement bodykits for select models in the acura line up, trying to fill the void for Acura and Honda aftermarket. Feel free to call in for any other info. later

by the way, the site is:

Rondog,

Count me in for a set of 18" Inspires as long as they fit the 6MT.

me too! I think?

Ask the guy at Ronjon wheels to copy the the 12 spoke rims off of the A spec concept car.. I would buy 19"s in heartbeat if they weren't too heavy. Just make sure that they clear my 6mt's brembos.
