Rolling fenders?

Would like to roll my fenders, anyone know if I can rent the tool locally or I have to buy one??

^^ Did you cut them with a cutoff wheel? I have thought about cutting mine but was worried that the heat from cutting would chip the paint.

cutting the rears is easy.... get a 4.5" angle grinder from harbor freight for like $20 and then a cut off wheel and a grinding wheel... another few $$ and get to work... no wrinkled fenders from bad rolling... just take your time and the heat wont affect the paint....

works good!

No, unless you're taking your sweet ass time on the cut I don't see how this is possible. The residence time of the blade against the metal simply is not long enough prior to cu-through to allow for large amounts of heat transfer.

I wouldn't recommend rolling your fenders yourself if you never done it before... too many variables that you'll mess it up... The most critical area of the TL fender is the 1 foot section of the rear fender arch starting from the bumper connection...
