Lightbulb RH Evo C3 (18x7.5+42) Rims...any comments?

Hi all,

I was planning to get some new RH Evolutions C3 (18x7.5+42) Rims with Pilot Sport 225/40/R18 for my Acura 1997 TL 3.2 that I am picking up Saturday from my local dealer (yes, it's my first). My question is, besides that rear fender tab trim, will i experience any rubbing with these? I wasn't planning on having the car lowered, unless it lookes really bad.

Also, could I go up to 235/40/R18 without a problem, it seems most people run with 225, but since I am not planning to lower the car, I would like the most protection for my new rims.

btw, I am getting them at WheelOptions.com rims/tires/balanced for $1950 shipped to NJ.

http://www.importhookup.com/wheeloptions/special.htm

I got the car in perfect condition with 55k and a 4 year/50k bumper-bumper warranty for 16k...I tried to get tham as low as possibe I had my good friend (a service tech) in their service department check it out on the lift...and he said it's in great shape.

I can't wait to Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Much!

Did you have to do anything special to get them to fit...and what size tires are you running? Looks good, more of a elegant look...

I emailed ValueTL for a price last week but he never got back to me (it was for M6 rims). Oh well...

Hey Humor..I just stumbled across this web site looking for rims the other day, and they have your C3's for only 1250 including tires. I don't know how they're that low, but I figure it's at least worth checking out and if you get them from there email me at Ryan2183@aol.com and let me know if you're happy b/c I'd think about ordering from there too.
