Removing top hat from F2 Type II
NEED ANSWER ASAP:

So I'm installing my F2 Type II coilovers today. It doesn't look like the top nut can come off with the damper adjustment built in right above it. (Installing the fronts)

Can anyone help, how did they take off the top hat from the front F2 coils?

found out how to do it.... twist! (i was afraid of breaking part of the damper adjustment)
