Rear Wheel Camber

Rear wheel negative camber. I have 1800 miles on my TL and notice the other day that the rear tire foot print is not making full contact. Rear tire pressure at 30 pounds. The 1 or 1 1/4 inches of out side of tire is not showing contact with road surface. Just a thought, could this be causing the flat spotting? If the rear tire is not supporting equal weight across the full tread width of tire. Excessive negative camber could cause flat spotting as well as rapid rear tire wear. Any thoughts out there regarding this subject?

Rear camber is -1.0 (vs -0.5 for the TL-S), so yes, more is leaning on the inside edge of the tire, but this is common in rear drivers also (such as BMW) and enhances cornering.

The problem is the nylon belts, not the camber. People who replaced thier tires with non-nylon belts have licked the problem.
