Rear Suspension components questions!!!

I had the rear wheels off my car for the first time the other day and was amazed to see how complex the rear suspension setup was, control arms, trailing arms, a plethora of link pins and bushings. My question is, do any of these components have a cause for concern over the other? Or should they all just be replaced with time as a part of PM? Thanks!

If you ever replace the lower control arms, get the ones that are adjustable so the rear camber can be adjusted during an alignment.
