Rear fender spacing on TL/CL

Rear fender spacing on TL/CL
Does anybody know if the fender spacing is the same on the CL &TL? I read that some CL's are running 19x8 w/235/35/19's with a +45 offset and a 2.2 inch drop with no rubbing.
Then on this site you have some people running a 18x71/2 w225/40/18's with a +48 offset and a comptech drop and they rub.
What's up with that?
