I believe RH C5000 wheels are 18x7.5 +42 offset. Offset is a bit low but I know several members have had success with this size, a little clipping here and there should do the trick and elimate rubbing for the most part.
The tire selection is less to be desired. A staggered setup does not benefit front wheel drive cars, not to mention the 215/35's are 1.4" shorter than stock. Not only will this throw off your speedo by 6% it will also increase the wheel gap. The price makes it very tempting but I would personally pass on the offer.

What is entailed in clipping? I will not keep the tires the way they are...I do not like the different sizes I may be able to get tires inexpensively...I just do not know if 900 would be a good deal....I am thinking it is but I wnted to see what you all said

RH C5000 brand new will cost you around $230-260 per wheel; around $1k for the set. Add some tires and you'll be looking at spending around $1.7k with shipping.
$900 for the used set, replace 4 tires, mount and balance which will cost you an additional $640 or so. This option will cost around $1540. But you can offset the cost by selling the used wheels, that is if they're in decent condition.
Not to forget that the wheel offset is a bit low but clipping (or shaving) the rear bumper tabs and possibly rolling the fender lips will reduce the amount of rubbing.
