Questions Regarding Installing Stock Tophats On Coilovers
Hello Aziners!
So today I started installing Tein Street Advance coilovers on my Acura TL. I noticed in the EndlessRPM video
that there was a metal collar that went on after the first bushing however, my coilovers did not come with any and I was wondering if I needed it or it was because it was a newer TL. Also I was wondering if this piece was re-used

And one last question: in some tutorials people were cutting the bump stops. Do I need to do that and if so how much? Thank you

the metal piece im talking about is actually the spring adapter i believe it's called. Please if anybody knows the correct order to put the top hat pieces on let me know ASAP! and about cutting the bump stop i was talking about the rubber boot but I dont think i need to cut it. Please help
