Question on rims and offset

I've got a buddy with 5x114.3 rims off a RX-8 with a 35 offset. Can anyone tell me if these would work on my 05 TL?

Thanks! kind of figured it would... but i've read where people have suggested to stay between 38-45.

is your car AT or 6spd? Not every wheel that fits the AT fits the 6spd.
