Question on getting an alignment

So I swapped out to my winter wheels and noticed when I removed my all season wheels, that I need to get a wheel alignment. ( determined this based on the way the A/S tires have worn )

Would getting an alignment with winter tires give you the same results as with A/S?

btw, happy monday

Yes. No difference as the suspension is being aligned, not the tires.
Now if the wheels have a vast difference in offset from OE, then their may be a problem.

As Turbonut said, the suspension is what gets aligned. You could immediately switch to a different set of wheels right after you get the car aligned, and the alignment won't be any different

I switch back and forth 2x a year and the alignment is the same. Now if your alignment is out or got knocked out and as you mention your tires have worn improperly - a new or different set of tires will feel different or show that you are out of alignment more.
