Question about my new tires

I just got the Pzero Nero M+S installed on my TL today . I absolutely love them in the snow but my car is pulling to the right HARD ... are these unidirectional tires? Did the dealership put one side on backwards or do I just need an alignment (darn it!).

Other than the pulling problem I am having I am really liking these tires already.

hey dude, i have the same model and colour as you. my car pulled to one side hard under acceleration when i first got it. i made them do several alignments which seemd to fix the problem. i chaulk it up to tourque steer. keep in mind that they told me the alignment was within spec. i made them do it i believe the third time was the charm

Get an alignment. It solved my pull to the right.

If it started pulling immediately after installing the new tires you probably have a bad front tire. Perform a rotation and see if that fixes the issue. If not, try an alignment. If it does fix the pull request a tire replacement etc.

Quite common.
