Question about drop on H&R sport springs

I put Koni Yellows and H&R sport springs on my 04 6MT a week and a half ago. I have a 1.5" drop in the back and about 1.25" up front. The Konis are on the bottom perch, which should give a 20mm drop, or about 0.8." This means the springs only gave a 0.7" drop in the back and 0.45" drop in the front. Being that it's a manual, I know I won't get as much of a drop compared to an AT, but why is there such a disparity between my drop and the advertised 1.4"F and 1.3" R?

I had the same problem.
I replaced them with H&R Race springs.
