Question To Powdercoat or Not to powdercoat?

I bought my TL used with a ridiculous amount of curb damage. I was just going to get them fixed and then sell for new rims but then someone mentioned that it might be a good idea to get them fixed AND then powdercoated a different color...so stock '08 TL (not TL-S) rims powdercoated a different color..any thoughts?

If u really like the rims, then do. it. But u could keep them as the are and put the $ u save from fixing and powdercoating them towards new rims

Depends what you will spend to have them PC'ed. I charged $60 per rim to sandblast and coat upto an 18" wheel. SOME curb damage can be removed with sandblasting but I don't specialize in repairing rims, that will be a price some one else will have to chime in on lol
