Plasti-dip the stockies?

Was wondering if anyone has sprayed their wheels with plasti-dip and how it held up. Didn't find it in a search.

Just considering it cuz I want to be able to peal it of if I wanna trade in the TL. Sick of my ugly ass chrome RJ's too.

I plasti-dipped my rims a few months ago and it's held up well so far. I thought that it wouldn't last through the winter, but I haven't had any issues with it so far. I haven't tried to take it off of the rims yet, but I'm sure it comes off there as easy as it comes of everywhere else.

+1,

but I am not a fan of RJ wheels at all so that might look decent. I mean, spray is cheap, and easily taken off, just do one side and look at it. If you don't like it, peal it off and you will know.

If you take your time with it and let it dry completely, I think it looks good, I might be in the minority about that though. If you do like it, you could always send them out to get powder coated. That's my way of looking at it, kind of a test to see if I actually want to get them painted.

Sorry, I was misleading with my post. What I meant was that I am just going to take my RJ's off and put my stockies back on.

I actually just got back in from spraying two of stockies. It's dark now so I will finish them on my next day off and post some pics.
