Pirelli PZero Nero M & S Tires ?
Anyone have experience or knowledge of Pirelli PZero Nero M & S Tires ? TL owners - who had up to 60k miles on them- gave rave reviews on TireRack. GoodYear Eagle F-1s are new, so there are not yet reports on winter performance, wear, or longevity
Thanks,
Jeff

Good ratings on Tire Rack as you mentioned. I think they were included in Tire Rack Testing too.
Here are those test results: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...ay.jsp?ttid=87
And, FWIW, survey resulsts for the entire catagory: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/survey...speed_rating=Y

I've had them on my car for a year, about 12k. No problems.

Had 'em on my '04, got 38K but they were near gone at that point. Use the search and you will find lots & lots of threads from last 2-3 years on those tires. Also should find my review :-)
Great tires, decent price. An excellent choice, not that there aren't others. Good Luck!

Thanks all for your responses. I've had them a week now... Looks like I'll be the first among us to test these in the snow, sleet and ice driving of Boston winters, will post a report on know how well they do.

Hawa, since the last few posts don't seem to go after your real question -- mileage depends not only on keeping pressure right, but how you drive and how often you rotate the tires. Rotating every the Zeros 5K or 6K, or at least each oil change (assuming 7500), will help a lot. Driving really crazy most of the time will also reduce your mileage. ON the TL, as has been talked about on this forum, if you regularly have weight in the back, like adult passengers or stuff in the trunk, it will reduce life and increase wear on the rear tires which otherwise will last longer than the front (driven) tires. So there are a lot of factors.
Currently I'm using General Exclaim UHP which I like every bit as much as the Zeros and they cost under $80 per tire. But I missed a couple of rotations which I had tried to do twice per oil change (roughly 3750 miles) and now they are uneven enough that I can't rotate them. So they will wear out by about 22K when I should have been able to get more than 25K. At least they didn't cost so much!
