Angry Oxidation on stock rims

Does anybody have a problem with oxidation on stock rims? All four of mine are getting bad.

Also I had front breaks and rotors replaced under warranty at 26K, now the dealer is telling me the rear is bad too (32K), but they are not a warranty item. Has anyone else had this problem?

First I heard of oxidation on wheels. Is your clearcoat hazing? That may be from using a harsh cleaner on your wheels or letting the cleaner sit on the wheel for an extended period of time.
