maybe i can get them for $450 each? i always hated the idea of spending alot of $ on rims, ( accidental curb? who wants to trash a $500 rim?) also, replacements can be hard to find, but i'm looking at lesser quality rims with good looks for $300-$350!? if you want a high quality forged rim, it's $$$. at this point what's another $100-$125 a rim? not to sound pretentious, "like it's just money" i don't have a tree in the backyard growing benjamin$, but why regret it later? how many times have you said to yourself, "damn i should have spent the extra $!?" i haven't in awhile!!! you get what you pay for! kman

kman, they look good and all but the rotors are so damn rusty that if I was to put these rims on my car I wouldn't be too happy with them. That's why I changed my mind on the BR5s to the LD1s

Is it possible to plate our rotors instead of buying new ones? I think someone did it here.

love the ld1s, katana, the full face design is sweet! that's why you need some nice crossdrilled cadmium plated cross drilled rotors for this type of rim! (open 5 spoke ) tim ( snook ) was telling me about kvr coming out with a new cryo- heated rotor months ago, in fact he said he could get them then? they are not up on the site? more$, but worth it! i'll mail him about it.

Thats the thing I'm curious of.....TireRack is usually very conservative with their recommended rim size to each specific car.....although I've never spoken to them in regards to the 19's for the TL, they don't list them as applicable for the TL.....at least on their web site. I wonder what the offsets are for the 19X7.5...?

Sorry Wilz
