New wheels on the way!

So I managed to bend two of my stock wheels and have been having some high speed vibration due to it. Time to fix the problem, and by that I mean get some new wheels after owning the TL for 7 years.

I ordered a set of motegi mr-120. Think the straight geometric lines should go well with the sharp lines of the 3g TL. I have NBP on HR sports/konis and a a spec lip. orangy gold brembos. Should look pretty hot. Ordered 17x8.5 +35. Should hopefully clear, or with a bit of a spacer. Any yah I know 17s.... Roads are really rough around here. I need all the aspect ratio I can get with a lowered car. Anyhow, here's a pic of them on another car.

Might paint them dark metallic gray before I mount them if they end up looking too monochrome.

Did a test fit of them

They are going to need 3mm spacers up front to clear the BBK. 1 washer (like 1.6 felt like it barely cleared. 3.2mm was easily over.) 17x8.5 +35 Motegi mr120.

I think I would rather run stock wheels than these, but if you like them more power to you. Also I'd get 15mm spacers for those wheels just to make them flush with fenders for shits and giggles

Yah. Don't care about the flush thing and large spacers are expensive. Wheels are sort of a personal thing a lot of the time. I've seen more than a few sets on here that made me but hey, I don't have to rock 'em either.

Difficult to see the wheels while on the car with tires on them....no contrast.
