New Wheels.. Need opinions!

So I picked up a set of wheels from my buddy.. Just wondering what everyone thinks of them.. Personally, I think they are nice, not my first choice, but not terrible.. I'll be honest, I picked them up for $400 for both the wheels and tires and that's the main reason I threw them on.. Just wanted some opinions on how they look and whether or not I should sell and pick up a set of Enkei EKM3 that I want.. Thanks guys!

those look good. you just need to go lower. if anything, you can get those powder coated bronze or gold or another color.

don't get enkei ekm3's.... those are played out imo. only played out wheels i'd rock is vs-xx in gold on my nbp haha

Not bad.... but that tail light tint makes the rear sidemarker look awkward.

different color for sure, but a drop would be nice. but a different color would make them a lot better personally.

What size are those? They look small like 16"s or 17"s. I don't like them to be honest..

I have a set of Eibach Pro-Kits sitting for the winter. I planned on installing them in the spring.

Maybe it is the pic then. Try taking one outside with more light. The tires blend with the body and it just looks wierd lol.

I might have a different opinion on them if I can see a better pic

I like them Jakob. The guys are right about a drop. If you want just a simple drop, consider H&R Sports Springs. Maybe tint the sidemarkers and the headlights-just to be consistent.

How about an Aspec Kit too!

I actually have an Eibach Pro-Kit sitting at my house now, just waiting until spring to install it.

As for the Aspec kit, I had an order in for a lip, but it got canceled on me.. I am debating if I want the full kit or not. And I am actually going to pick up some nightshade tonight and tint my sidemarkers. I've been debating if I want to tint my headlights, or just clear them out..

That's the plan. Now to figure out if I want to buy a new grill, or custom black out my stock one...

I'm not a fan of the MB weapons or Enkei EKM3's but $400 for wheels/tires combo isn't bad. With a black car, the A spec wheels with spacers to make it sit flush with a nice drop would look B.A.

The more I see these, the more I like them! You got a hell of a deal on the set too. I’m considering buying the same wheel in bronze for my car. Can you post another picture or two when you get time? I’d like to see what they look like at another angle or close up.

Thanks! I can't believe the deal I got either. I've been debating selling them and buying a new set, but for the price I'd have to pay for new wheels, it wouldn't be worth it to me. I think they'll look a lot better with my A-Spec lip and the drop I'll be doing in the spring. As for the pics, they're off the car for the winter, but I'll see if I have any on my other computer.

I think they look small because of the extremely large wheel gap. Once I drop it this spring I think they'll look a lot nicer

Read the thread quickly through a couple times, but don't see...what rims are they, OP?

As to the question, I like 'em (as I think I have them ) but the picture isn't really flattering.

Well I got the ASpec lip.. but also picked up a new set of wheels.. once I'm sure the snow is gone for the season I'll mount em and post pics.. They're DEFINITELY a lot nicer than my MB Weapons..
